The steering group has been having zoom meetings monthly for a while now. Are we intending to invite new members to these meetings (I hope so). If so is now a good time to consider purchasing a zoom licence for Just Human?
We perhaps need a 'welcome email' to new members telling them more about the mechanics of the site, explaining the financial rationale and providing them with a calendar of zoom meetings and joining instructions. Clearly it would be innapropriate for this information to be public, so email would seem to be the best way of communicating this?
