The starting point is a discussion (leader to be confirmed) on 'Ethical Foreign Policy' - what might an ethical foreign policy look like, and can we escribe it in a way which can be presented as a plausible option to a UK government?  We will be building, in part, on the discussion of Afghanistan on 8 October.
