There was a lot more we could have said last month about the subject of 'Identity', so we may well come back to it in a few months. One specific aspect which seems worth looking at in more detail is the way in which our identity, the tribes we belong to, affect the way we see the world.
So it's not just a matter of needing to be (or wanting to be) loyal to our tribe: membership of the tribe affects what we see (and what we don't see), and how we interpret what we see, so it determines our perspective, and shapes our understanding. If we let it.
